    I just learned about twerking this morning, I thought they were all saying torqueing.

    225 jerks, started with full parallette deficit HSPUs, by the end did 45lb plates.
    105 lbs pullups, Mr. T chain style
    9:09 Games, tough.
    After I finished my last set of push jerks, I threw it on the ground!

    Gymnastics WOD: i felt like a wounded animal doing the ‘worm’. KFP felt sorry for me and joined the fun. once you get the hang of it, it’s not too bad. beretta needs to throw his tutorial on the site!
