SWEAT meets Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30AM – 7:30AM.

Interested in getting in shape, but not sure if you are ready for CrossFit classes? Our community-based, high-energy SWEAT program is the perfect fit! This program will be more challenging than your average bootcamp class, but is a bit less intense than general CrossFit classes.

Our SWEAT program is constantly varied, meaning each class will bring a whole new workout with a different format, different movements and time domains. This program is great for weight loss, extra conditioning training, or as a ramp-up for our general CrossFit program!

Monday classes will focus on conditioning and endurance, with a heavy focus on interval training. We will run, row, bike, ski erg, jump rope, etc.! Wednesday classes will still focus on conditioning, but will incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and more. There will be no barbells or high-skill gymnastics.

Join us to train alongside like minded individuals under the guidance and programming of our skilled staff. We’ll provide weekly emails with important information about nutrition and recovery to help take your training and results to the next level. As an added bonus, we have plenty of space in our 15,000 square foot facility! We’ll work both indoors and outdoors, but class will never be sidelined by rainy or cold days!

SWEAT is for everyone! All fitness levels are welcome – from your seasoned gym rat to a total newbie, and everyone in between! All of our workouts can be scaled for your current fitness level. Come on in and have some fun!
