    Death by Thruster: 9 + 8 RX . Last time I did this I got 7+5. Pumped.

    These felt much better than the last time. I feel like my mobility is slowly improving.

    WOD: 13:48 red/blue bands for dips…first round was @75 then I embarrassingly had to drop to 65 and finally 55. My left shoulder just would not cooperate with the group, epic fail. I am convinced this is a sign that I am not working hard enough on mobility. A few weeks ago I did 75 in a WOD with OHS with no problem, banging them out left and right. Sadly today was not the case. Awesome work 12:00!
