Warm up will be unstructured and done on your own in the toaster today. Heats will go off every 30 minutes starting at 9am and ending at noon.

Suggested warm up1 minute on 1 min off on the bike or Erg for 10 minutes
Perform some shoulder mobility and stability exercise (push-ups, scap jack, cobras, activators, etc.) and warm up the movements in the WOD.
