Save the Date: Bring a Friend Day!
We’ll be holding our next Bring a Friend Day on Saturday, June 28 during the 9:30am, 10:30am, and 2:00pm classes. This is a great opportunity for you to bring in that friend you have who is interested in CrossFit, but has been just a little too intimidated to try it. We’ll hit a fun partner workout and you can help show them what CrossFit is all about! See you there!

Lost and Found
Please check the bucket in Southie Green for any recent left behind gear and some gear still here from the winter.   After Thursday of next week, anything left over will go to Goodwill.

Treat your Kettlebell like your baby, please put it down nicely. Under no circumstance should Kettlebells be dropped from above the shoulder or above the head. KB dropping is not allowed in order to preserve and respect the equipment and for the safety of your big toe and the the rest of the members.

    OHS: 115×1 (PR by 15lbs!) – Fell a couple inches shy of proper depth on my attempt at 125lbs. Could’ve gotten it if we had a few more minutes on the platforms. Next time! It’s awesome when you finally start to enjoy a previously dreaded movement!

    Isn’t the rule: you break it, you buy it? 90# OHS, 8+21 (75#, 1.25). Best wishes to Guyton! Dan, make sure it all goes smoothly. 😉
