Save the Date: Six Year Anniversary Party, 10/15
It’s time to celebrate again… six amazing years of CrossFit Southie! Our community has grown so much in the past six years and we have so much to celebrate. Original CFS’ers will remember when the box was just Southie Orange. Feels like forever ago! Now we’ve got lots more space, many new faces and friends, and now even a bunch of CFS babies! We are so proud of our community and feel lucky to be a part of it… so let’s celebrate it!

What: CFS 6-Year Anniversary Party
When: Saturday, October 15th @ 7pm*
Where: The Bell in Hand Tavern, Boston

Dress: To Impress!

*We’ll have the upstairs reserved for the beginning of the night. Please arrive as close to 7pm as possible. After 9pm, lines will form, there will be a cover, and no guarantee that you can skip the line and get upstairs. The earlier the better! We’ll have some light apps served and plenty of space to socialize and dance!

Any and all are welcome. We’d love to see as many past and current CFS members to come celebrate with us. Save the date and see you there!

*Start at 75% of your max clean and jerk and try to increase the weight by 10lbs each interval. You can work together but on 2 separate barbells if you are at a different ability level as your partner.
