Please remember to register for all classes this weekend, except for Yoga.

We will be painting from 9am-? today and probably more on Sunday if anyone wants in.

5 rounds of:

AMRAP 5 minutes
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

rest 3 minutes between each round

One partner must complete one full round of Cindy before the next partner starts.  Only completed rounds are counted.  Total sum of completed rounds over the 5 intervals is the team score.
