WOD: L1 22:16. Here’s my new WOD theory/idea. My goal is not to complete the WOD as fast as possible. It’s to complete the WOD with the most weight/reps possible. Does this sound crazy?

Either is fine Ryan but since the weight is lighter you will probably want to power clean it most of the time if you can
