PALEO CHALLENGE WRAP UP

Who is this handsome caveman? I bet he is the only one that is sad that the paleo challenge is coming to an end.

You guys have done so amazing with the challenge. I cannot wait to get in all the results and choose the winners!

It’s time to see whether or not all of your hard work paid off. Here is the rundown for gathering results and retesting the benchmarks:

Saturday, November 3rd: FRAN!

Sunday, November 4th: Final day for logging food. John Fisher I am sure you are jumping up and down right now.

Monday, November 5th: 1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk– Final weigh-in and measurements from 4-8pm with Amy

Tuesday, November 6th: Christine. Final weigh-in and measurements 6am-noon with Amy, and 4-8 with Tina-mo.

*The mile run needs to be retested wherever you originally did your mile. If you ran on the track, you need to revisit the track. If you ran 2 800s at the box, then you need to run at the box. You can complete this any time before next Friday.

    I also wondered about whether we can time the run ourselves? Also, would I be able to attend a 5:30am class on Tuesday even if it’s RX in order to do Christine or can I make it up another day?

    Hi Amy, Will there be groups heading to the track at any particular times for the 1 mile run, ro do we do that on our own and submit our times? Thanks
