this was a tough one on a Monday… at Noon (good thing I slept through the 5:30 am alarm!). 115 FS x 3. 20:02 (75 #) did the first 10 pu’s (and the last 15) with the “just jump and pull” method, which is not as easy people make it look!

For anyone on the fence about the paleo challenge, I will echo Nike’s old marketing department “Just Do It”. People typically see great results in a short period of time and are glad they did it. The worst that will happen is you won’t like the diet or see great results, and you can always go back to doing what you did before. Best result is you like it, keep with it, and continue feeling and lookin’ good. 🙂
