Hollow Rock Challenge
Each Monday for 10 week s, we will add 10 hollow rocks to our warm up. If you do not regularly attend classes on Monday’s, or you miss a Monday class, it is your responsibility to do the hollow rocks on your own sometime during the week. Most of you are familiar with the hollow rock by now but don’t worry if you are not, we will be doing them all week this week during our warm up sessions. We are going for 100 and building a strong mid-line in the process!
