Since we have 20+ people competing in the open, and because the Saturday classes have been slower than usual, there will be no 11am Saturday class for the next 4 weeks, or a Saturday yoga. There will be yoga with Kim on Sundays at 11am.

Competitors! Please remember to submit your score before Sunday. The website has been really difficult on Sundays, and we have had several people not be able to submit their scores. As soon as you get to a computer after the WOD on Saturday submit! It will make your life way easier.

WOD 1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Squat clean (165/110)
Jerk (165/110)

L3 (135,95)
L2 (115, 80)
L1 (95,65)

Rest 10 minutes

WOD 2

4 rounds of
Run 400m
rest 1 minute

    yea Joe I think the two times I fell on my ass took up some precious time so I hope to stay on my feet saturday lol

    I hope so, Jaime. You’re going to up your score into the 30s on Saturday, no doubt.

    Pete- you’re an animal. I’m pretty sure Saturday is at New England…is that right?

    #3 looks great. It will be exciting to go for something a little shorter and more intense.

    Did a trial (30sec on/30 sec rest) w/ 170 at 80% effort. Got 44, so shooting for +60 on Sat.

    Is Southie hosting this weekend?

    This is not a little guy’s WOD. 6 reps (score of 12); a lost a couple squats and a jerk, so hopefully I can turn those into full reps on Saturday.
