60 on the Rower. Didn’t have Toes to Bar tonight. Decided to do a cash out to get some work in. High Bar Back Squat 2-2-2-1-1-1 worked up to 305. That’s a 5 lb PR

    180.
I was happy to complete the cleans, no way a MUP was going to happen today after all that other stuff.

    152. Was content to at least get a couple of cleans in. Toes to bar were just as bad as I thought they would be. Wall balls–usually my nemesis–weren’t half bad.

    Missing my 530 comrades
    Still hard to kill though…

Nice score dude! You’re making me want to retest Monday and go for 191 ๐Ÿ˜‰

188- strategy was to not push it too hard and leave enough time to get a whole ton of MU’s in but could only get 8 in the allotted time.

Looking at some of the top scores (250!) it is almost inconceivable to picture them moving so fast! (to quote The Princess Bride).

180: 11:46 tie break. I can get a few muscle ups on a good day – failed a handful of times today and wasn’t close at all on any of them.
Rob – it had to end this way, right – game 5 in a best of 5!

I got killed by the TTB. Lots of looking up at the bar. My forearms are crying. I’d have preferred a wod of just the rowing and the wall balls.

    180; 12:23 tie break.
Heading into 14.5, Quigley are I are tied 2-2 in our head to head. Fight to the death next week.
14.5 will be 13.1 rep/time/weight scheme but with thrusters instead of snatches.

went out drinking last night…buzz wore off around 30 cals on the rower, hangover kicked in mid T2B, almost threw up on the wall balls but managed to get 185.

Worked with Brian this morning. You killed it my man!
