Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
100/65 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.

    Open 13.5 = 71, I’m all set with retesting.

    There will be a Sunday retest at noon. I will be spectating only and hopefully over Fran lung by then.

    Anybody doing this again Sunday? Judging by my expected Saturday night shenanigans I don’t think my score will go up. Although every other time I have retested I improved…

    It was pretty sweet when Amy got all those CTB’s this morning.

    Was hoping they would skip pullups and just give us “DT” today, but no such luck.

    This goes without saying but Crossfit Southie is the bomb. Traveling all over creation and ‘dropping in’ to other boxes makes you realize how good we have it at CFS.

    13.5: 23 reps… not a great score, BUT it is 8 more reps than I thought I would actually be able to record! First C2B pull ups ever! Very excited about that!
    WOD: 165- I think? Can’t remember…

    86- disappointed I didn’t get to the 2nd set of 4 minutes, but there’s always Sunday for a retest. Wobbly legs and Fran-lung ensued after.

    13.5: 75
    WOD: 151 (I think – rower to GHD transitions were pretty slow/lazy)

    Did yesterday’s class WOD after with Gill, Dudley, and Ashley. 16:20ish I think. Finished right around when Dudley did, but he decided to run the 400s with sandbags and I most definitely did not.
