Open WOD 13.1

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps (45# Women)
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps (75# Women)
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps (100# Women)
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible (120# Women)

    157. Felt awful. Probably not what my MD meant by easing back into working out after having pneumonia.

    151… Zero pacing, was dead at 8 minute mark, know can do lot better but ehhhh about doing again

    13.1: 150 reps. Had all kinds of time to go get more weights, load the bar and try the 100#, but it wasn’t happening. Next year!

    13.1 with the 5:30am class: 150 reps- pretty bummed I didn’t get a shot to get at least 1 100# snatch. Got the weight on the bar- just as the buzzer went off… Those burpees just about killed me! BUT- I am pretty proud that the 4 5:30am BT ladies got 150 reps each! 🙂

    13.1- had trouble sleeping/falling last night -head wouldnt turn off. Funny how these things matter despite the fact that reality is i’ll never be a games/regional type athlete but being something we do everyday and try to improve ourselves relatively does matter.

    153 reps. Very happy to break into the 165’s. Power snatching the 135 was working well where it had been shaking in the past.

    13.1: 143 reps — kind of red lined myself with the first 40 burpees and was screwed the rest of the way. Debating giving it another go this weekend.

    13:1 Pissed I couldn’t be with my hommies this morning but I gave it a shot in NYC.

    107 reps. Cruised through the burps and 75# snatch’s but the 135, as it’s my PR, was a whole new world…Sucked

    13.1: 150 reps – burpees are so ridiculously slow for me. My goal going in was to get a few reps at 165 but didn’t have enough time to change the weight and even make an attempt.
