    Paleo Challenge for myself has been going OK? I have been doing tons of travel so my CFS workouts are a bit spread out. Im having to do travel WODS, although they are good its not the same as hitting the WOD in Southie with the coaches to motivate you. Paleo diet is going great no worries on that end. Im down a few a pounds not sure how many I will loose…trick is how much better will my benchmark works out be! cant wait to see!!!!!

    Lil John, Southie’s King of Crunk.

    I hated the Zone until I stopped counting my post-WOD shake as a meal. Since then I’ve been having a smaller shake after working out and eating 19 blocks a day of actual food, which seems to be the right amount of food for me. I might toy with 21-22 blocks one of these days to see how my body responds.

    During the week Paleo is fairly painless. Fruit for snacks and meat and salads for meals, hard boiled eggs for breakfast, nothing to complicated. But the weekends are rough. On a bright note, I weighed in at 187.7lbs. This morning I was 181.8lbs, so a little bit of progress.
