Regionals are coming!
Believe it or not, the 2014 Northeast Regionals are just around the corner! We’re very excited to have some Southie representation this year in both the team and individual competition. Team CrossFit Southie will be going head to head with the top 30 teams, and Coach Christina will be throwing down against the top 48 women in the region. We’re very lucky to have this event in our own backyard at Reebok Headquarters in Canton, MA, and we hope you can come show Southie some support!

If you’ve never been to Regionals before, we highly recommend you clear your calendar and make the trip. It’s an awesome opportunity to see the best in our sport battle it out for a trip to the CrossFit Games. More importantly, it’s a fun weekend filled with cheering on the Southie squad, mingling with CrossFitters from around the Northeast, and checking out lots of cool vendors and companies. In the past there’s even been some cornhole action and ciders at the CrossFit Southie tent. You won’t want to miss it!

Tickets for Regionals have gone on sale, so get them while you can! Southie always shows up in full force, and we know this year will be no different. Can’t wait!

    wod: 152 rx the burpee lateral jumps were pretty bad. It was pretty funny seeing the collective outrage when we learned this was not a partner wod…..

    speaking of regionals, is anyone planning on going on Friday and if so, may I get a ride with you?

      Oh NOOO!! This is NOT a partner WOD? Thanks for the warning, Kara. I better fuel up that gas tank right now because it will be running on empty by the time this one’s done!

    WOD: 172 rx
    Stayed and did the conditioning WOD by myself. I was surprised that every run was faster than the one before, it certainly didn’t feel like it. (3:47 – 3:33)
