    Did did mobility instead of hspus (shoulder hurt)
    Emom 345×1,365×8, 365×1 failed last set

    gymnastics emom: 3 – 5 reps each time, needed to sub in some banded strict pushups towards the end
    strength emom: 275#, 315#
    wod: 11:52 @ games

    where’s the 5:30 crew at? bout to put an amber alert out there with no brownie or shane in the AM….

        yeah i had that 24 hr bug too… that guinness, jameson, & bailey’s stuff has been known to be a pretty big cause of it

    if you retested on Monday sub out the the deadlifts, hit a floater WOD or jump in the general class WOD
