All Odd Minutes- 15/12 Calorie Row
Even Minutes (2-10) 10 Burpees
Even Minutes (12-20) 10 Toes to Bar
Even Minutes (22-30) 10 Ring Dips

Level 2- 12/10 Calorie Row
Level 1- 7 Reps, 10,8 Calorie row

If you need to take a minute off then do so. When you report your scores record how many minutes missed. There is no penalty.

    Started out on 15 cal, did the first 10 min, then switched to 12 cal for the remaining 20…

    30 EMOM is no joke. Did it Rx, but came up short on the last two rounds of ring dips (timed out with 2 reps and 4 reps remaining, respectively).
