2011 is your year. Now that you have the whole workout thing figured out, let’s take it the next step and focus on diet. If you want to lose body fat, become stronger, faster, lower your cholesterol, lower your blood pressure, and look better than you ever have, get your butt to the nutrition lecture at 11am. This lecture is free for all members; take advantage.
WOD
30s work: 30s rest of
Pull-ups
Box-Jumps
Push-ups
Kettlebell swings
Wallballs
Complete 4 rounds of each exercise, then rest 1 minute and rotate to the next station. Add your reps for each station. The grand total is your score.
Hey Danny, there will be another lecture before the challenge,we will keep you updated on the website.
There will most likely be a make up lecture before the start date of the Paleo challenge. We also have handouts available if you are unable to make that. We will keep you posted.
