    My family had pretty much the same meal on Christmas Eve (except there was cheese in there too, obviously non-Paleo). This recipe looks just as good.

    I don’t know too many people who would drool over a hunk of meat w/ spinach inside… Although maybe now it’s more than I would have ever thought… awesome.

    If you didn’t make the first paleo lecture I highly recommend you try to make it to the second lecture. Even if you’re not planning on doing the paleo challenge you’ll take away lots of great info for cleaning up your diet, getting stronger and fitter, and feeling better.

    I also second Joe’s comment on the meal of the day. [drooling…]

    4 rounds + a row. Was just not feeling it today for some reason…I feel like my body is still recovering from Sunday’s deadlifts and pullups.

    6 rounds + 10 burpees…by the way, how bomb does that meal of the day look? I’m definitely giving that a whirl this week.
