Schedule on Veterans Day and this Weekend

Veterans day we will be running a normal schedule.  This weekend we will closed for all classes for the Southie Showdown.  If you are judging or volunteering – THANK YOU!!! This is a huge event for the box and our judges and volunteers have made this a great display of the strength of our community year after year.  If you are not judging or volunteering, please consider helping out and sign up here or at least swing by and check out the action at some point over the weekend.  If you are signed up to judge and volunteer and would like to get a sweat on first thing in the am at 630am on Sat/Sun with minimal equipment, think running and burpees :), shoot Goose an email at [email protected]
