Calling all Coaches & Athletes!!!!
An athlete training Camp will be put on by local box owners and good friends Kevin O’Malley and Brandon Petersen

The camp will take place on August 9th and 10th at CrossFit Free in Salem, New Hampshire
Registration Fee = $300. Cover attending both days camp, lunch each day and goodie bag will provided for athletes from our sponsors.

    Strength Complex: 150lbs – content with this. My platform-mates were on fire! Both of them got 225lbs. Crazy. Got some good feedback from them as well in that I’m pulling too early. Gotta clean it up!
    WOD: 16:20 at 105lbs (let’s call it L2.5)

    Strength Complex – 145. Pumped to have hit this. Came into this one telling myself I would be happy with 135.

      That squat clean on the platform was SMOOOOTH!

    Enjoyed the hell out of that complex on the platform. Usually I roll my eyes when I see complexes like that for strength, just because I think we’re weightlifting noobs in the grand scheme of things (myself first and foremost), so why make it even more technical, these felt AWESOME though.

    Big thanks to Retta for giving me the CHOPPED AND SCREWED video treatment. With the slow-motion video he was able to point out something with my jerk that I had NO IDEA I was doing.

    STR: 175 (leaking lots of power; going to attend more oly classes)
    WOD: 12:23 Rx (paced too slowly, especially the runs)

      When I read that you felt you paced it too slow I laughed because that looked fast on paper to me. Then I did it and your time impressed me 10x more! Straight Ether’d me!
      (If Josh Gordon gets off on some technicality in his meeting with Goodell on Friday he’ll avenge me on the fantasy football field against you.)
