    Squat 350 x 3 (PR)

    WOD 5 rounds with modified wall climbs. Couldn’t quite get all the way there.

    wod – 5+15 RX

    press – 105 x1 – PR!

    double unders – 5 sets of 30+ consecutive DUs in a row!

    WOD 5+11 -14 lb. 9ft crusty wall balls, 1/2 way wall walks for fear of breaking my neck haha

    Are you sure this was pre- bar crawl? Looks like folks were a few drinks in at this point…

    Is that stache real? I’ll trim my beard down to a stache for regionals next year, but with upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas pictures, don’t think it will fly…

    10minutes, every minute on the minute back squat 260×3

    Bench press 230x5x5 (only 4 on last set)

    3 rounds: thruster 135×3, hurdle jump + burpee X10: 5 minutes. Felt really slow. That’s what you get for only getting 5 hours sleep the night before.
