ATTN YOGIs!!  Sorry, there will be no Yoga class again today.  Tamara will be away in Miami sharpening her skills in Advanced Yoga training.  Yoga will resume next Sunday March 1st and fingers crossed there will be no more interruptions from Mother Nature.
