Introducing Bradley James

Tonight’s Scheudule Update – We are hosting Open Gym from 1-3 and having All Levels classes in Southie Green tonight at 3pm, 4pm and 5pm.  There will be no classes in Southie Orange and we will close at 6pm.

We’re a little late to the game on this, but we want to wish a formal CONGRATULATIONS to Amy & Goose on the birth of their perfect baby boy, Bradley James Gosler. Bradley was born on Tuesday, January 20th at 11:25am, weighing in at 8 pounds 9 ounces, and 21 inches long. We’re pretty sure he’s the strongest newborn out there! Everybody is healthy and doing very well. We can’t wait for Bradley to get just a little bit bigger so he can make his first appearance at the gym. Congratulations, Mother Goose & Goose Daddy!
Also, Goose’s mom was the winner of the CFS baby pool. She guessed the sex, birth date and weight of the baby – down to the ounces! Can you believe that? Way to go, Debi!


Clearing out the Lost & Found! Now that winter weather is upon us, we often find articles of clothing strewn about the box. These clothes get moved to our Lost & Found bins located by the cubbies in Southie Green & Orange, or on the shelves in the Toaster. The bins are overflowing so it’s time to clear them out. We’ll be donating any remaining Lost & Found items to GoodWill THIS Friday (2/6). Please take a look in the bins before then and claim anything that you have left behind. Thank you!

In tonight’s Moskillity Class we will be focusing on our shoulder to overhead movements. The finish position, the drive and the dip/re-dip will be assessed, loosened up then retested to allow you to move faster, with better efficiency and less chance of injury while going over head.
