*Schedule Update* CrossFit Striking at 4pm on Fridays will be replaced with an All Levels class going forward. This time can also be used for open gym as long as you are willing to work around the class.
If you struggle with certain squats (front, OH) or just squatting with a load in general, probably need to work on just the regular air squat. Are you pushing your knees out on the way down and up? Are you actively trying to keep your chest up and your weight in your heels? These are things you can work on every day and are very low stress. If you cannot perform a squat correctly without weight you will never be able to or get the gains you want with a barbell in any position on or around your body. – Coach Aaron
