Run 1 Mile as a Team
Then 20 Rounds of Cindy
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Row 2000m as a Team

Level 2- 14 Rounds
Level 1- 10 Rounds
ADV- Strict Pull-ups
Super ADV- Wear a weight vest
Super DUPER ADV- Wear a weight vest AND Strict pull ups

One person working at a time. Partition the run and row however you choose. One person completes on full round of Cindy while the other rests.
