ADV- Double Overhead KB Lunge (1.5,1)

– Coaches tip –
if your overhead position is sound give the overhead kb lunges a shot or start smaller with an overhead barbell (95/65)

    Shoulders needed a break from the weekend. Workout w/ Maser:
    EMOM 15: power cleans (5×195, 5×205, 5×215)
    WOD 1: 10 min AMRAP 10 power snatch, 5 OHS, 10 power cleans, 10 thrusters, 10 SDHP; 2+15
    WOD 2: 200 dubs, 2k row, 100 dubs, 1k row; 18ish mins

    Skipped WOD to rest shoulders
    400m Run 20 burpees, 400m Run 19 burpees….400m Run 1 burpee 60 minute cap and no vest
    I got through the round of 4 before time ran out
