Pick a weight a where you could do the first set of power cleans unbroken. Make transitions fast and get the wallballs unbroken each round by breaking the power cleans into fast singles, doubles or triples.

    Happy with this. Last few months Beretta has been teaching me when and how to take my rest , how to attack the workouts with a plan, explaining the threshold and holding on instead of throwing the towel in This has been a HUGE help mentally
    for me . I’m not looking for the fastest times just good form clean reps and to keep my head in the game so THANK YOU Chris
