1. Work up 1 rep Max Deadlift
2. Max Consecutive Pull-ups (No more than 2 attempts)
3. Max Burpees in 1 Minute
4. 1000m Row for Time

    Was going to retest, but warming up I tweaked the left side of my upper body.

    Wanted to re-test but I tweeked my shoulder on Sat so I thought it better not to beat on it trying to get bar mups – maybe next year
    DL – up to 275
    Wod – did the BT floater with Matt, it was a fun one.
