We will only be running one box tonight.  Classes will be All Levels at 4,5,6 & 7pm in Southie Green.  Night classes in Southie Orange are cancelled.  We have open gym now until night classes so come on in!

*if you break up the reps during the complex stop and complete 2 burpee lateral hops over the bar before picking up the bar again

    Push Press: 115×3, 120×2 (tweaked shoulder on third rep)
    Push Jerk: stopped @ 125 bc of shoulder
    WOD: 8 rounds with deadlifts, power cleans and front squats at 75#

    WOD: 5+18 Rx. I paced too much in fear of the burpee penalty but I thought it added a new element to the WOD

    WOD: 7+11 Rx the burpee penalty changed the way I approached this for sure.. not sure if for better or worse
