    wod: 14:12 (55# db)

    Snatch: 155, 165, 175, 185, 195 (missed high hang though)
    Squat: 255, 275, 295, failed 325
    WOD: 13:50 RX (bar MUs and 60# DB)

    wod: 15:30ish with 40# and red band mup transitions.
