Don’t miss the Nutrition Challenge!

We are cancelling the 730am class on Monday and Friday going forward.ย  We will still have a 730am General CrossFit class on Wednesday and Conditioning at 730 on both Tuesday and Thursday.

Nutrition Challenge Begins on Sunday, January 31st!
We hope everyone is gearing up and getting excited for our new and improved nutrition challenge! This is not your run-of-the-mill Paleo challenge. Instead, this challenge will focus on cleaning up your diet and learning how to fuel your body properly for optimum performance and results. In fact, some of your favorite non-Paleo foods will be allowed during the challenge, provided you eat them in the right quantities and at the right times.

This challenge is six weeks and will be broken into two parts: The first three weeks of the challenge will be a nutritional reset. We’ll clean up our diet and try to eat strictly real (Paleo-approved) foods for the first three weeks. During the second half of the challenge, we’ll start experimenting with adding some non-Paleo carbohydrates back into our diet to fuel our workouts, paying special attention to how these different foods make us feel.

The rules and tracking for this challenge are completely different from every challenge we’ve done in the past. If you plan to participate in the challenge and were unable to make it to the meeting last week, please be sure to stop by the desk and pick up a packet to get up to speed on all of the details and rules. Any of your coaches would be happy to answer any questions that you mayย  have.

This challenge will be great for everyone – people who are brand new to clean eating and those who have been eating paleo for years. We are looking forward to seeing some awesome physical transformations and impressive improvements inside the gym. We hope you’ll sign up and join us for the six-week ride!

Full disclosure, we had an extra 30 seconds or so on Wod1. In my estimation I would’ve had 1 more rep than Maser without the extra 30s.
