        Trev is my buddy from home…got him to sign up today. You should ask him about his moniker “Baby T” when he comes on Wednesday to the 7…to clarify he put up 315×3 in the BS’ today like it was nothing

    EMOM10 – Odd 12 cal row, even 3 strict PUs/5 BB OHS
    EMOM10 – 1 Snatch Pull, 1 Full Snatch: 135 – 155 no misses
    EOMOM20 – Back squat x3: 225 – 255
    Every 2 Minutes til can’t finish: 12 cal row, 1 MUP, 1 Thruster (135). Increased thruster by 1 rep every round: 5 Rounds
    Tough doing these solo, but glad I pushed it 🙂
