Sign the Pat P Canvas!

We want to make the community aware of the Pat P poster that is located at the front desk. It was present at his memorial and boasts amazing images of Pat and kind words from those that were positive influenced by him. We want to continue to honor Pat so we would love if YOU would stop by to add your personal touch to the poster. We will be hanging it in the gym at some point and would love to pack it full of love from our community!

Reminder: Please wear pants, long socks, tape, etc for leg protection on the rope climbs. We sell Crossfit Southie long socks at the desk, stop by and grab a pair!

    33:24 L3 could’ve been alot faster if not for my 4 years old son wanting to run the last 800 meters with me!

    34:21 at 75# & 1 mile on the assault bike instead of run
    Happy to get all 3 rope climbs each round – back-to-back climbs can be a struggle for me 😐

    Post WOD: 2 miles on the assault bike…30s on (sprint) 1min off. Also worked on HSPUs
