Roll out.  Throw your leg up on the counter and stretch the hammy’s.  Use the height of your bed to mobilize your hip rotatores.  Hit the couch stretch.  Complete some thoracic extension/chest opening with a wall/doorway in your home.  Get creative with your mobility.
