“Mini” Marathon Monday

There will be a reduced morning schedule today. There will be a 5:30, 6:30, and a 7:30 in Southie Orange. There will not be a 6am or 7am. Please come in even if you are a Newbie! I will be here to help L1/L2 peeps during the morning classes.  The rest of the day we will be following a regular schedule. The competitor class will be non-coached.  If anyone is interested in spectating the marathon please meet at CrossFit Southie at 10:15am.

5 Rounds
800m Run
30 KB Swings(2,1.5)
30 Pull Ups

L2 – 4 rounds of 20 each (1.5/1)
L1 – 3 rounds of 15 each (1/.5)

    WOD: 61:00 (Yes, that’s not a typo, it took me 61 minutes.) (KB Swings scaled down to 1.5 pood.)

    Holy Eva batman..
    47:29, Biked instead of run; 1.5 pood.
