There will be a reduced morning schedule today. There will be a 5:30, 6:30, and a 7:30 in Southie Orange. There will not be a 6am or 7am. Please come in even if you are a Newbie! I will be here to help L1/L2 peeps during the morning classes. The rest of the day we will be following a regular schedule. The competitor class will be non-coached. If anyone is interested in spectating the marathon please meet at CrossFit Southie at 10:15am.
