Meet at the Track

Meet at Moakley field, on Day Boulevard at 9,10 and 11 today and 11 and 12 on Sunday for some fun in the sun! Bring a friend along, newbies welcome. All other classes are cancelled due to the Level 1 CrossFit cert, including the free intro.

WOD
In a group of 3, complete the following:
400m walking lunge w/kb
1200m run
75 kettlebell swings
1200m run
75 swings
1200m run
75 swings
400m run as a team
400m buddy & kettlebell carry

One person works at a time.  One person and the kettlebell must be carried at all times during the buddy carry.  One person must be lunging at all times while holding the kettlebell, switching in and out where necessary.

    That was a fun workout and great weather! I have not been this sore in a long time! I think it was all the walking lunges- I am limping up and down the stairs! ha ha
