Thank you all for the kind works on the poster board thank you cards! That was the most amazing treat to return home to. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to the program. We would be nothing without all of you. Coach Maze is now a full time employee of CrossFit Southie. We are thrilled to have him on board with us. Maze is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. Chris and I will be leading fewer classes,which will allow us to have a secondary coach on at most times. Our hope is to provide more coaching for all of you. Congrats on your first week Masley!!

Great article Barry. Arthur De Vany’s diet is not groundbreaking, it’s how CrossFitters have been eating for years…the Paleo Diet. For those of you that are not on the Paleo diet already, give it a shot and tell your friends to get after it too. We will be hosting another Paleo lecture in the near future for those of you that missed the first two prior to the Paleo Challenge.
