With the New Year in full swing, are you looking to give Paleo a try? Or maybe revamp your diet a bit? CrossFit H20 in Medford, MA is giving local CrossFitters an opportunity to learn about Paleo from one of the experts, Chris Kresser.

In his new book Your Personal Paleo Code, Kresser discusses the long-term health benefits of a Paleo diet, but goes a step further to reveal how to personalize your nutrition plan to suit your body and your needs. He believes that everyone is unique, and their diet should be too.

Join your fellow CrossFitters at CrossFit H20 in Medford on Saturday January 11 at 12:45pm for a 45-minute lecture from Kresser, followed by an opportunity to ask him your own specific questions.
