With the New Year in full swing, are you looking to give Paleo a try? Or maybe revamp your diet a bit? CrossFit H20 in Medford, MA is giving local CrossFitters an opportunity to learn about Paleo from one of the experts, Chris Kresser.

In his new book Your Personal Paleo Code, Kresser discusses the long-term health benefits of a Paleo diet, but goes a step further to reveal how to personalize your nutrition plan to suit your body and your needs. He believes that everyone is unique, and their diet should be too.

Join your fellow CrossFitters at CrossFit H20 in Medford on Saturday January 11 at 12:45pm for a 45-minute lecture from Kresser, followed by an opportunity to ask him your own specific questions.     70# – worked on form and trying to hit at the hips
    WOD: 7+6 at L2
    after yesterday’s cash out, my abs hated me during today’s cash out

    175# squat snatch – that’s a 20# PR. 10# PR over my previous power snatch. Almost had 185# up there – next time. The PR was only possible thanks to Rob’s 90’s hard rock playlist.
    7+4 RX for the WOD.
    Cashout made me cry.

      I actually think it might be impossible not to PR during the guitar solo from C.O.C’s Clean My Wounds. 180# squat snatch which is 25# PR and 20# increase vs prior power snatch. 7+11 RX on the WOD.
