While Bisc-bro, and Staff were being depleted in the WOD that never ends, I hit a bench press PR?
20lb PR..hit 255#… just about had 260.
Also…just before I left…strung 2 ring MUP’s together. (did em on the fat rings – those seemed to be way easier then those baby thin rings in the toaster)
I haven’t done a MUP since my first which was light years ago, so being able to string two together as easy as I did feels awesome. (been doing mad ring rows with false grip and dips)
