*We are hosting a Level 1 CrossFit certification this weekend so there will not be any classes at the gym.  However, on Saturday we will have the 2nd Annual Photo Scavenger Hunt around the city.  Meet at the box at 9am and feel free to bring friends along.  2nd anniversary party on Saturday night at the Greatest Bar.  There will be no classes on Sunday.*

*Yoga on Wednesdays is cancelled going forward*

    My shoulders have never felt this loose in my life, not sure if that’s good or not.

    OHS: 135×3
    WOD: 99 REPS at the 20 min cutoff Rx (DeDonno had me do the 100th afterwards)

    I dropped one behind me, little did I know at the time that it would have made 100. I might have gamed this one wrong. For most of the WOD I was only squatting every other round, doing my burpees and then resting so next round I could do my burpees and then bang out a lot of squats. Will chisel away a fewer number of squats every round and see how it goes next time.
