    Wod 1: all rounds complete with front rack lunges for pistols and 4 strict hspu
    Wod 2: 5:16rx

    Emom rx- that was rough with the pistols
    Wod- 5:56rx
    Post wod- 7-8 MUPS. Felt pretty good today did the first few without any fails
