Dubs: 99…so close to 100! the bod felt good but i just got tripped up.
i didn’t do the push presses because of the old “tennis elbow” too many curls for the girls apparently….i did 3×20 cal on the air dyne. woof.
then i did the wod with 5 glute ham raises. the rowing was tough!
Aargh…99!! So close!
Still very impresssed.
