“Like peas in a pod”

How often do you mobilize? How creative do you get with your mobiility?

*There will be no Yoga this Sunday the 26th.*

In teams of 3
20 minute AMRAP
3 burpees
6 up and over the box jumps
9 wallballs
Sprint 200m

Level1/2 100m run; regular box jumps

    Was a part of team awesome…8 completed rounds, ending on the run for the round. I have to practice box jumps!!

    WOD: 14 Rounds + 7 Reps
    TEAM: BRENDAN, PAT, JOE, BARROW (Joe and I worked at the same time to keep it a team of three)

    This was EXACTLY what I needed after that physical beatdown of Mon/Tue/Wed. I had a team of sickos tonight.

    Did this with Pat, Ben, and Louie in the 530 class… 15 rounds plus 18 reps. Ben and Louie went together so we stayed on track of do 1 round and rest for 2 rounds. Loving the team WODs!

    Did this with Mike and Brad at 6:30. got 13 rounds in + 100 meters on the run…Good to push each other through it. Fun WOD…Stretching on the other hand, not so much. Julie made it look easy…

    10 rounds with Matt and David at 630am. They were great team mates! Thanks to coach Julie for tips on the wall balls.
