As many may recall, we began an achievement board in Southie Green a few weeks back to log the PR’s and personal achievements of our athletes. It is important as a community to encourage one another to improve our Oly lifts, Fran times, and gymnastics movements. However, it remains just as important to recognize these achievements as well. So with no further adieu, here are the achievements for the past month.

damn it this is the 1st WOD i did at CFS; pissed i have to miss it. I will be there tomorrow for FGB which should be a challenge in itself but i’m up to it. It certainly can’t compare to what our young men and women go through to protect our freedom. Like Ranjith said “its only a WOD”, so let’s sellout and think about them while we kill it tomorrow!

I’m nervous about Fight Gone Bad tomorrow. I think that’s good, though. You should be a little nervous before going into battle. And this is just a WOD. I can’t even fathom what it must be like for our soldiers to go into real battles.
