We just got some new Rev X Ropes from Again Faster in all different colors.  If you are need of your very own speed rope, swing by the desk and pick one up for 30 beans.

WOD
“Kinda like Kelly”
5 Rounds
500m Row
20 Box Jump overs
30 Wallballs

Level 2 – 4 Rounds, 20 Wallballs
Level 1 – 4 Rounds 15 Box Jump overs, 15 Wallballs

Conditioning Class: WOD
Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes:
Row 500m
Rest 3 minutes
Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes:
Row 250m
Rest 2 minutes
Every minute on the minute for 4 minutes:
Row 150m

Conditioning Class: Core
3 x :60 isometric back extension hold on GHD
-Work with a partner – rest while partner works. Add weight in form of plate if able.
