WOD
Teams of 3 or 4
100m Burpee Broad Jump (to the 200m mark)
50m tire flip and jump (to the 300m)
50m prowler push for each partner (to the 400m)
400m team run (run to the 800m mark and back)
50m prowler push for each partner ( to the 300m)
50m tire flip and jump (to the 200m)
100m burpee broad jump (to the rings)
10 Rope Climbs as a team

ADV – 20ft rope climbs
