We have began construction to give you all brand spankin new bathrooms.You may have noticed that we now have a lovely trailer bathroom outside the gym. Don’t be afraid to use it, it is actually quite lovely. They are heated and have running water, they actually look like a real bathroom inside. If that totally weirds you out orange is still a few footsteps away!

    first day back since the showdown….did a pop in at the 6 am.

    front squat: 135×3. everything felt heavy…not sure if it was too early for me or i was still tired from last weekend.

    wod: 9:20 – went light w/ 75….felt good to be moving around again
